I was born in Brazil, moved to the U.S. on my own in my late teens, and have been exploring the world since.
I spend most of my time enjoying the outdoors, hanging out with my Staffy mix, lifting weights, geeking out on nutrition, and building global brands.
When my time is up, I hope I can say that I took care of and utilized my body and brain, connected with and helped the people around me, and saw as much of the world as I could.

I’m a CrossFit athlete and have competed at Wodapalooza (2020), the Northern California Classics (2023), Battle on the Bay (2019) and the San Francisco Throwdown (2021/2023). I’ve competed as both an individual and on teams
